Service Description
Join us for an exciting hands-on experience where you'll master the art of buttercream piping—from dots and stars to rosettes and borders! Once you've grasped the basics, showcase your skills by decorating a stunning tiered sheet cake, leaving with a delicious masterpiece of your own creation. Things you will learn in class * How to prepare buttercream to the perfect piping consistency * Properly fill and handle piping bags for clean, controlled designs * Understand and use different piping tips (round, star, petal, and leaf) * Create classic borders such as shells, ropes, and beads * Pipe rosettes, swirls, and other decorative floral elements * Build texture and dimension using layered piping techniques * Practice writing with buttercream for clean names and messages * Learn troubleshooting tips for common piping issues (air bubbles, melting, uneven flow) * Gain confidence combining techniques to create polished, beautiful masterpiece What is included in class *All instruction, decorating tools and items *All Items will be prepped and ready for you to jump into a creative decorating experience. *We do all the clean up so you can just enjoy creating *Hands on experience *Apron to use in class *6" round 3 layered cake to take home Cake Flavor: TBA If flavor is not to your liking you have the choice of a chocolate or a vanilla flavor. Please note this in comments when you check out. All ages are welcome. However, I recommend class to ages 12 years and older. If you have a child that is 11 years or younger please have an adult, who can assist participant, attend with them at no additional cost. No refunds, but class is transferable. If you chose a dietary option please be aware that there may be some cross contamination as we prepare cakes from the same kitchen as our other cakes and frosting.
