Join us for a delightful experience where you’ll craft a romantic book-themed cake using edible wafer paper! Before we dive into decorating, participate in our fun book exchange—simply email me your favorite book title, I'll have it wrapped and ready to share. Everyone will choose a new book to take home and enjoy. Please come prepared to tell us why you love this book so much. Enjoy connecting with great people while sharing a love for literature and cake decorating! Things you will learn in class *Tips on baking techniques to achieve a cake that everyone will love. Well, almost everyone. There's is always at least one cake hater out there. *How to create a delicious and versatile American Buttercream Frosting *Create a smooth outer layer of buttercream that becomes a canvas for your art *Stack, fill, and cover a 3 layered cake *Working with wafer paper * And More!! What is included in class *All instruction, decorating tools and items *All Items will be prepped and ready for you to jump into a creative decorating experience. *We do all the clean up so you can just enjoy creating *Hands on experience *Apron to use in class *6" or 4", your choice, round 3 layered cake to take home Cake Flavor: TBA If flavor is not to your liking you have the choice of a chocolate or a vanilla flavor. Please note this in comments when you check out. All ages are welcome. However, I recommend class to ages 15 years and older. If you have a child that is 14 years or younger please have an adult, who can assist participant, attend with them at no additional cost. No refunds, but class is transferable.
