Gayle’s in-person cake decorating classes are amazing!!! At first, I thought they were kind of expensive, but after participating in a class, I totally get it! They provide the pre-baked cakes and pre-made frostings, several kinds, and all of the items for decorating, and tools, everything is handed to you right when needed! They also provide water, aprons, and send you home with your cake in a box and a cute flour sack towel! Every time I finish a class, I’m ready to sign up for another one! They are so fun and so worth it!!

Gayle’s classes are outstanding! Even though I love to bake, I’ve never been confident in stacking and decorating cakes. I was so eager to learn! I was very nervous to go by myself but Gayle is so kind and welcoming and will make you feel right at home! I was also very intimidated because I have no artistic abilities but I have always wanted to do cakes - they break it down for you step by step and welcome questions!
